Questions
Before you switch
Is my data safe?+
Your files go to private storage that only the Driveline team can open, and we delete them whenever you ask after go-live. We never share or sell workshop data.
Do I need to stop work?+
No. You keep billing in your old system until the evening before go-live. We do the typing in the background.
What if my export is messy?+
Send it anyway. We match the columns, merge duplicates and send you a list of rows that need a look. A screenshot or a PDF report works too, and we will type it in.
Can I run both systems for a week?+
You can, but we suggest a clean cut-over so there is one record of dues and stock. Most workshops are fully on Driveline by day two.
What does it cost after the free month?+
Your Driveline plan from the pricing page. Migration itself is free and there is no setup fee.
